catnip leaves contain considerable amounts of vitmimen C and E. both excellent antioxadents.The primary phytochemicals nepetalactone isomers,are mild sedatives. Doses: Two tesspoons of dried herb in boiling cup of hot water,three times a day. 4 grams of dried herb every day.
